A remnant of the ghost of punk’s past, Delilah’s is an institution that’s been open pretty much every day since 1993. It’s dark and a little dingy, which just feels right. One look at the whisk(e)y selection of upward of 700 bottles, and it’s evident that staying for only one round isn’t an option, especially if owner Mike Miller is around to share his wisdom.
THE DRINK TO DRINK: Something brown. Delilah’s 20th-anniversary commemorative Compass Box whisky is a good place to start.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Things might get loud: Delilah’s hosts DJs with a penchant for music as hard as the drinks.
