Though its name literally means “a hundred fires” in Spanish, this East Village cocktail bar and restaurant is actually named for a Cuban village known for growing sugarcane. It’s the ideal name for a bar dedicated to making fantastic rum drinks, from classics like the Daiquiri to original concoctions like the rum-and-Fernet Message in a Bottle or the absinthe-spiked Night Tripper.
