The Best Rum and Tiki Bars in Chicago

With renewed interest in tiki bars and the re-opening of Cuba, there's been a resurgence of rum. Or ron. Or rhum. However you spell it, rum, derived from sugar cane and distilled throughout the Caribbean, the Americas, South Pacific and even the Philippines, is making a comeback. From tiki joints to upscale spots, this is where you should be drinking rum in Chicago now. Contributed by Ari Bendersky
