Herbal and complex Averna from Italy combines with bright and crisp Death’s Door Gin from Wisconsin in a refreshing sip-on-the-patio beverage.
In a shaker, muddle the mint, cucumber and simple syrup.
Add the Averna, gin and lime juice, and fill with ice.
Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber wheel.
