Ruby-red-infused vodka makes this Shandy served at Stone’s Throw in Houston a spirit-driven delight, while the peach bitters add a soothing dose of juiciness to round out the drink’s flavor profile.
Combine all of the ingredients, except for the beer, in a cocktail tin and shake.
Strain into a pint glass, and top with the beer.
