This seasonal riff on the classic Flip features pumpkin flavor in two forms.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake until combined.
Add ice and shake very hard until chilled and frothy.
Strain into a rocks glass.

ummmm, a RAW egg??? hopefully this recipe doesn't lose anything by leaving that out? even though we buy organic, free range eggs, i don't think i want one in my drink.
