At James Beard Award winner Tory Miller’s pan-Asian restaurant, Sujeo in Madison, Wis., a duo of fresh pineapple and orange juices round out a Tiki-style libation (modeled on the classic Painkiller) built for two thirsty revelers.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Pour with the ice into a Tiki mug, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

davey1107 is correct... and as for it serving tow people ?? Seriously ??
How is taking a classic cocktail and very slightly changing the ratios worthy of crediting a bar with a new creation? This is just a pain killer...let's just admit it.
