This take on the Whiskey Ginger (a.k.a the Irish Buck) adds a squeeze of lime and some bitters, which complement the slightly spicy but smooth Crown Royal Northern Harvest rye.
Combine the rye and lime juice in a shaker with ice, and shake well.
Strain into a highball glass over ice.
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, and top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
