Brighten your evening with this vanilla, mint and lemon cocktail.
In a shaker, muddle the lemon wedges and mint leaves.
Add the Navan and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig stuck into a lemon wheel.

Unfortunately, Navan is no longer available in the U.S. except through private auction.
Artez Arvani would be a good substitute in this recipe though. It's an Armagnac in which full Madagascar vanilla beans have steeped. It's a little less sweetened than Navan however, which actually might work well for this cocktail and you can always add some simple syrup to sweeten it up.
