A slightly spicier version of the classic Presbyterian, this bourbon drink has a real ginger kick.
Fill a Collins glass with ice, add the club soda and set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake briefly and double-strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
