Pistachio-infused sherry? Seattle’s Shaker + Spear knows how to make an innovative cocktail.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into an Irish coffee glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
*Pistachio-infused Oloroso sherry:
Combine the pistachios and sherry in a jar. Let sit for 10 to 14 days. Strain out the solids and store in an air-tight container.
