*Rosemary simple syrup: INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 large Rosemary sprig
PREPARATION: In a small saucepan, add the water and rosemary sprig. Boil until the water turns a greenish hue. Then, remove the rosemary and add the sugar, stirring until it dissolves. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Store, refrigerated, up to two weeks.
