Add some maple syrup to the classic Bourbon Rickey to get this sophisticated fall cocktail recipe.
Fill a highball glass with ice and insert the lime wheels.
Add the maple syrup, lime juice and bourbon, and then fill with club soda.
Stir briefly to combine.

I'd never thought of Rickeys as alcoholic drinks until now. This was great; I used molasses instead of the maple syrup. To make it more summery, I also cooked down some raspberries and added them. Yum!
