Add all of the ingredients in a mixing glass, stir and strain into a coupe.
Place the glass on an oak board with an oak barrel behind it.
*Spiced clementine syrup: Mix 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and 1/2 cup of fresh clementine juice in a saucepan, and bring up to heat just before a boil. Add 1 tsp of whole cloves, 1 tsp of allspice and 1 whole cinnamon stick, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Fine-strain into a jar and chill.
**Almond and orange extract aromatic smoke garnish: Place a few pieces of dry ice in a copper pot still, and pour a mixture of hot water, almond extract and orange extract into it, producing aromatic smoke that travels up the still and out of the pipe directly onto the cocktail.
