21 years old is delicious, with notes of chocolate and vanilla, at least in my case.

I purchased a jar of Three Wood on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh 2 years ago. Very satisfying. I haven't been able to find a source in my part of the USA. As such, I had to ration myself to make it last about 6 months. It's like missing an old friend.

I hear you Joey, but having recently had (past tense) a bottle of Auchentoshan, I can tell you that is most assuredly not the case.

Triple distilling Single malt? What a waste. When will people learn more times distilled = less congeners = less FLAVOR!

    Must everything become vodka?

    Hi,

Just a correction: Auchentoshan is not the only triple-distilled Scotch whisky. The Springbank distillery in Campbeltown release another triple-distilled Scotch called Hazelburn.
