We are closer to Las Vegas Nevada than to CA, and just 45 minutes from Bullhead City/Laughlin...

We couldn't cover every city in America for this story; sorry! But if you check the American Distilling Institue's craft-distillery directory, you'll find several entries in and near Denver: http://distilling.com/PDF/2011cs.pdf

How about Northern NM or Southern CO? Will need some spirited excursions there for the holidays!

Nice stuff, I'm going to have to check out the Midwest ones near me which I haven't been to. Let me also throw a shout out to the Old Sugar Distillery in Madison, WI. A must stop spirit spot.

If you are in Portland, Ore. check out Distillery Row, six distilleries all within a stones throw of one another.
