New Year’s Sparkler

Instead of sipping plain bubbly all night long, try mixing your sparkling wine with a little something extra.

Garnish: 5 skewered raspberries
Glass: Champagne flute

Add the vodka and pomegranate juice to a chilled Champagne flute.
Top with the sparkling wine, and garnish with 5 skewered raspberries.

The Little Kiss

This Champagne cocktail that tastes of strawberry and chocolate just might outshine your midnight kiss.

  • .25 oz strawberry shrub* (recipe here)
  • .25 oz white crème de cacao
  • 3 oz sparkling wine

Garnish: 1 strawberry
Glass: Champagne flute

Add the strawberry shrub and crème de cacao to a chilled Champagne flute.
Slowly pour in the sparkling wine, and garnish with a woodland or tiny regular strawberry.

Garnish: Grapefruit twist
Glass: Champagne flute

Add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker filled with ice, and shake until chilled.
Strain into a Champagne flute, and top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

  • 5 oz dark rum
  • 5 oz white rum
  • 3 oz orange curaçao
  • 6 oz fresh orange juice
  • 6 oz pineapple Juice
  • 3 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 3 oz Grenadine
  • 1 tbsp Angostura bitters
  • .5 oz St. Elizabeth allspice dram

Garnish: Pineapple, orange and lime slices
Glass: Punch glass

Combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher or bowl.
Before serving, shake individual drinks in a shaker with ice, and strain into punch glass or large goblets filled three-quarters of the way with ice.
Garnish each drink with a pineapple, orange and lime slice.
