Thanks Paul! We like Farmer Brown as well and will definitely keep it in mind for future articles! San Francisco has just too many good bars to choose from.

I vote for Farmer Brown in downtown to make the list.
-Great seasonal cocktails that change every couple months. Using fresh and local ingredients. All not only look amazing but actually taste as great as they look.
-An awesome classics menu with 2 of the best variations of the gimlet and old fashioned that I've ever had.
-The most diverse clientele you'll find in the city, all under one roof.
    -Unique decor and unforgettable ambiance.
    -Fantastic spirit selections.
-Great service and knowledgable bar staff.
-Plus incredible San Francisco soul food to pair with such a well operated bar program.

Worth checking out for your next article!

(And no I don't work for them lol)

    Very nice list.
The bulk of these bars are also included in the cocktail travel guide "Destination: Cocktails", available wherever you buy books, or from www.destinationcocktails.com.
