    isn't it true that single malts are not blended with other spirits.

    Don't forget to try Leviathan and Bohemian Bonfire, both by Lost Spirits Distillery ( Which also has the only wooden still in the US too !)

    Did a blind tasting a couple months ago at my place: St George's, McCarthy's, Triple Smoke, Balcones, Hudson. Winner: Balcones. But we enjoyed them all QUITE a bit. We thought the Hudson overpriced, though with a drop or two of water it got much better.

    To reward our diligence we had some Brimstone from Balcones to go with our rib dinner....
