Our prolonged journey to season seven of Game of Thrones has finally reached its final days with a return to HBO this week. While fanatics across the realm have been waiting patiently, a New York brewery has brought the taste of winter back—literally.

Ommegang announced its ninth GoT-inspired beer last week, coming to its lineup this fall. Winter Is Here is a double white ale brewed with pilsner malt, white wheat malt and soft red wheat flakes, hopped with saaz hops and spiced with white pepper, sea salt, coriander and sweet orange peel. The brewery also reported the return of fan favorite Fire and Blood, which was the third beer it released in 2014 in partnership with HBO.

Although it won’t be available until October, it doesn’t hurt to strategize your plan of attack. Winter Is Here will be available in 750-milliliter bottles for a retail price of $12 or on draft at the brewery. If you really want to indulge your Game of Thrones obsession, the brewery will also offer a collectible gift package that includes both ales and a commemorative glass for $24.

Can’t wait? A pop-up, GoT-themed bar just opened in Washington, D.C., and will be around through Aug. 27.
